That is definitely weird. I have ordered a lot of digital gift cards from bby website, and have never waited longer than about an hour (and that was once). Usually I receive my code within about 15-20 minutes. Maybe it was a payment processing issue (time of day or day of the week delay). I hope they got your issue resolved.
