Q: QuestionIt claims the email to get the digital gift card code takes 30 minutes and I ordered it 6 hours ago and still have not received my code. Is this normal? Yes I've checked my spam/junk folder it's not in that and it's already been taken of my card.

• A:Answer That is definitely weird. I have ordered a lot of digital gift cards from bby website, and have never waited longer than about an hour (and that was once). Usually I receive my code within about 15-20 minutes. Maybe it was a payment processing issue (time of day or day of the week delay). I hope they got your issue resolved.
