• This one does. Comcast lists compatible modems on their web-site.

• This modem will not support any phone that attaches to a cable because there isn't a phone jack on this model of cable modem.

• These modems do not have telephone connections. Comcast should supply what you need free of charge when you call to activate your modem with them.
