Yes. Check the company's product list for updates. http://www.charter.net/support/internet/compliant-modems-charter-network/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to ask Charter. All service providers will give specific requirements for privately owned cable modems, often down to specific manufacturers and models. I'm sure Charter will expect the modem to be DOCSIS 3.0 (the most common protocal today for Data-Over-Cable), which this unit is. But in addition, you'll want to check with Charter on the specific unit (they usually have several "pre-certified" models that they've tested on their system to verify compatibility). The NETGEAR CM500 that I purchased (and highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent performance at a very reasonable price) was just one of many different units that my provider listed as acceptable. Also, NETGEAR's information indicated that it was guaranteed to work on my specific providers system. That "two way check" is important to do up-front.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.should work great with all providers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't know it works great with Comcast Xfinity
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe so but you might want to call and double check with Charter because Spectrum internet is newer so it may have limitations on which modems you can use, but I have not heard of any as of yet.
