Definite works on Xfinity - used the Xfinity app to install it. Worked flawlessly (took maybe 10 minutes). Been working flawlessly since! I believe this qualifies for the Best Buy 15 Day return policy. Your last day to return this item is officially calculated from the date you receive your product. Bringing this item back to a store is the quickest way to process a return or exchange. Please try again later.Xfinity told me the item i got from the store would not work without the Router, which it did not come with, but my wife asked the sales person did all items come with the package including the Router, they said yes, but it did not. We brought it back without backlash I'm pleased..
