A:AnswerThe modem only supports some LTE bands from Verizon. Every carriers has different bands for the blocks of spectrum they own. This listing doesn’t show the supported bands but they can easily be found for this device.
You can find the bands available at your home or other areas by putting your phone into field test mode. Just google “ *your phone* field test mode” to find out how to get into it and look for something along the lines of “serving cell info”. That will tell you the band your phone is currently connected to.
