The modem only supports some LTE bands from Verizon. Every carriers has different bands for the blocks of spectrum they own. This listing doesn’t show the supported bands but they can easily be found for this device. You can find the bands available at your home or other areas by putting your phone into field test mode. Just google “ *your phone* field test mode” to find out how to get into it and look for something along the lines of “serving cell info”. That will tell you the band your phone is currently connected to.

This will launch the Field Test Mode app. This will give you the band your tower is using and a lot of other technical information. This will let you know if the band is supported by the LB1120. In my case, it was a "YES" and the device works fine and is delivering 50Mbps down and 20Mbps up in my area. Hope this helps.
