Vonage customer support will advise you best on what to do to prevent this from happening. You may need to change a setting on your router but they should be able to walk you through it or do a remote session.

Please try again later.could try running your modem to the wireless router, then plugging your vonage router into the wireless. there should be extra ports. i'm thinking that may solve your problems. if not, then i'd call the customer support at vonage and see what they say.
