• I do not know what version it is but I have TWC and it is compatible. TWC website has a list of compatible modems , this one is on it along with a list of others.

• Modem firmware is updated to modem through your ISP The modem firmware cannot be downloaded by end user If you feel the Modem firmware needs updated contact your ISP provider
