• This works with TWC. But you will need to call them to activate it. If you have Internet phone service, call them with your cell phone. I had to do that. Just make sure you can read the MAC address information from the router or box, when you talk with the service person. They need that info. Hope it works out.

• This router is on the TWC list of compatible modems. Check out their website for others. I have the Netgear CM400 rated fro 340 Mbps and have had no problems setting it up. The price is reasonable. good luck

• The NETGEAR - Ethernet Docsis 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem is compatible with most Time-Warner networks, but check your local office to be sure.
