I suffered the same problem my friend. You will have to speak with someone from the company. You will have to go on line and search for the 1 800 number. It took me several hours to find the number, maybe you'll have better success. I will say that the two people who helped me were terrific, so at least the help desk has two good people. Good luck. If I find the number I'll return with the information.
