- Answer I’m not sure if it will work with that router but the same thing happened with my LA View camera bulb. So I bought the net gear ac1200 Wi-Fi mesh extender and it works great. I am not tech savvy but I got it to work great and the Ethernet port helps with my son’s computer. His school requires Ethernet connection for his tests. Bought a 25ft cable my son loves it. I hope this helps.

- Answer The way I make sure it is connected is through the app Nighthawk. I sometimes have to sign in and when i do it connects to the router. I need to do this if my internet goes out. You can also see your modem speed in the app.

QuestionI just purchased NETGEAR AC 1200 the first 3 days it was ok now I can’t get on the internet ( my devices say I’m on but no service) I have to unplug it to get on line and leave it unplugged , so it is useless to me ,any help would be appreciated

- Answer Mine did the same thing. After troubleshooting it for days with no luck we attempted to return it, but since it had been longer than 14 days Best Buy would not give us a refund. Run back to the store and get your money back! We purchased a TP Link brand extender and it took 5 minutes to set up and is working great.
