“I just purchased NETGEAR AC 1200 the first 3 days it was ok now I can’t get on the internet ( my devices say I’m on but no service) I have to unplug it to get on line and leave it unplugged , so it is useless to me ,any help would be appreciated”

Mine did the same thing. After troubleshooting it for days with no luck we attempted to return it, but since it had been longer than 14 days Best Buy would not give us a refund. Run back to the store and get your money back! We purchased a TP Link brand extender and it took 5 minutes to set up and is working great.
