it would work if you had access to the host system. Such as you had parked next to your house. Would not work with just grabbing a random signal and jumping on. Security settings are set through the host network.

Please try again later.It will work if you can locate it in a place that the hotspot signal reaches, and which is close enough to the trailer for the signal to reach your trailer and which has power. If the hotspot is not reaching the extender, then having the extender there will not work. If the hotspot signal reached the extender, but the extender signal doesn't reach your trailer, it won't help.
