Answer to the first question, no you cannot plug this into your PS4 and make it work. 2nd question, of course you need a wireless network to connect this to.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear WitchDoctor21; Okay, there is no Wi-Fi support in any PS2. To use wireless Internet with the PS2, you must use a third-party Ethernet bridge. The Ethernet bridge connects to your Ethernet port/network adapter and transmits the signal to your wireless router. This means using this plug in youir PS2 is a no go. If it were to work, you would still need a wireless router to make it work. My suggestion is to run a Ethernet cable from the PS2 to your WiFi device. This will allow for non-interruption while playing your games. Best of luck. Consultant Brian
