Yes, I had the same issue after installing the software. I just didn’t bother with it and went directly to the computers adapter setting, turned on my WiFi, found my network and done.

It took me up to 7 tries before my computer recognized the CD for installation. I was getting the same message. I assumed it was coming from my computer. Given your feedback it is likely the software. Please try using internet Explorer to open the DVD reader and ask it to open or run the CD if that is what you are using. Or you could simply upgrade to the next level Nighthawk AC 1900.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me too. Because this adapter has a USB3 plug, it will not work in an old USB2 port. I had to plug it in to the USB3 port on the back of my computer and then it could be found. No problems since.
