Please try again later.They do seamlessly connect to your devices, that being said it does create a new wifi network name, just join this network as you did with your wifi router, the password is the same, choose connect automatically, and if you lose signal at your router, you will automatically connect to this range extender, you will never even know you did. Simple terms, plug it in, find find new network name (click on wifi icon usually by the date in the bottom right corner), click join or connect, enter password for your router, you are done.

Just plug it in near your router, connect to the wi-fi feed coming from the extender (from your phone or tablet), and then follow the instructions that come up. There are also instructions that come with the device that help you set it up. Takes about 5 minutes.
