“Owned this for about four months and it suddenly stopped working. All lights are green and there are strong connection bars, but wifi won't work. I reset it a multitude of times and netgear customer service was no help. Any ideas?”

• 1) check the main modem to see if it works 2) if added furniture or remodeling between the main modem and the new device or between the new device and the one receiving signal.
