“i connected my netgear ex3110 to my netgear modem/router useing WPS buttons. seems to connect well but extender says i have the wrong password. it should pickup the router password. Any ideas?”

I called customer service because mine was not connecting to the router. They got me connected in a matter of 30 minutes. I did find out that you may have 2 passwords, 1 for the router 2.4 ghz and 1 for the 5 ghz. The extender works great once it is connected. I hope this helps you get it connected.

As soon as you get the three lights after connecting to router, go to the spot you are plugging it in. Then put in router password and the fourth should light up.
