The box says 300 feet. I set up one camera in my backyard on the shed, which is real close to the 300 feet. When I first set it up it showed a weeks signal. I left it there over night, and now shows a stronger signal - and the image is quite good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As you are setting up, you can view signal strength on your smartphone. I have 1 of 5 approximately 55' away with all 4 bars of strength. I have another one about 30' away with only 3 bars of signal strength. I swapped cameras thinking it was a weak camera, however it seems that, that particular location has some kind of signal interference (my satellite dish is near, maybe??). After 2 months in the same location, 3 bars of strength works perfectly and I've not noticed any difference in battery life vs. my other 4.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I set my camera's up and found that you can still get effective response from the camera with them being set up max 20 yards from the base station. I have one in a tree in my backyard and its working quite well. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unobstructed, straight line the manual says 300 feet. Inside through walls and floors Will cut that down. I have mine going through several walls and 80 feet away with NO perceived loss of picture quality .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends (of course). Line of sight, well over 100'. Through several walls of stucco and plaster lathe, 40' is more like the limit. You can play with it and sometimes get a view of the same area with the unit closer to the receiver for the same result and a better signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.mine is approx 50 ft,and no prob
