Hello yes I did it with my wife's phone he would have to go to settings and grant you permission to use it and then you will get a email open the link and then you will have the access to the cameras

It may bump one of you off if you both try to access at the same time, but my wife and I have this setup on both of our phones, and we have never had any problems.
