• I don't think there's a specific 'night vision' setting but it auto-adjusts so you can visibly see what's being displayed. I have a camera in my backyard and it's quite dark but I can see when my dog is near the door.

• Yes but the quality is not that good. You have to be at least five feet in front of the camera.
