Yes --- ANY device that will connect to WiFi will connect to it. Your phones your computers, even your Smart TV or Smart TV Box will connect. YOUR provider (AT&T or Verizon in this case) do not come into play at all. You are connecting to the hot-spot, not your cellular company.
