The short answer is YES --- you can use it for any or all of those devices. Depending on your intended use though, the offered plans may not be appropriate for you without getting costly. For example, using your XBox One, could use up your monthly allotment very quickly leaving you with no data for anything else unless you buy more data for the plan.... THAT could be expensive to maintain for very long.
