Yes, as long as you set those addresses a static and tell them to use the IP address of this router as the gateway.

One network being the normal 192.168.0.xxx and 192.168.1.xxx and a business side DHCP server handling 10.0.20.xxx. all of them work through this router, but you have to set static address gateways on all of them to tell them to use this router specifically for the gateway.
