Can this be used outdoors - is it weather proof null

Not certain the mil-spec waterproof rating, but suffice it to say: I used mine underwater in my in-ground swimming pool, submersed regularly at depths over 5’; so yes - even though the box does not not mention - it performs extremely reliably when used in such a manner. I plan to try it deeper depths if presented the opportunity. Word of warning though - keep it clear of ocean salt water or even brackish waters: my screws began to rust in the ocean. I’d give it a solid 9/10 Starfish!
