• Short answer is No. Reasons: NETGEAR C6220 AC1200 CABLE MODEM ROUTER- No this will not work to replace the AT&T router. This modem is for customers who are using service from a Cable company. The Interface to your vendor (AT&T) does not use the Coax-Cable like Xfinity. I am using this modem so I don't have to rent Comcast/Xfinity modem. Hope this helps.
