“I have Comcast and called three different times giving them all the information needed to get this product set up in my home. They say I'm showing an internet connection but I keep getting no internet signal. Is there anything else I need to do??”

• I took mine cable modem box to a nearby xfinity store where they set it up in their system like linking Mac ID's or something. It's not plug n play.
