• This netgear n600 has a modem built in so you don't have rent a separate one from time warner! Just have to call and give time warner the MAC address off of it! I have time warner and that is what I did with no issue!

• The N600 is a cable modem and wireless router combination and it does work with Time Warner.

• I just bought this one about a month ago after I switched from Verizon/Frontier DSL to TWC. WOW what a great difference. I bought the N600 and plugged right in and was good to go with a moment of set up time. IT was a mid priced unit. All the other units were for a much higher speed or range and this one is doing the trick. But to answer your question, yes, it works with the TWC.
