N600 doesn't have a phone jack, only coaxial.

I bought the Ooma service box from Bestbuy and hooked it up this router. I don't need the cable company's phone service because my Ooma service is 10 times cheaper and just as clear. You won't regret this router along with Ooma and you'll save a ton of money from renting the equipment from your providers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can speak for the N600: It does not have a 'standard' telephone cord jack, just 2 cat45 Ethernet output ports for hard wiring devices. There is also a USB port (can connect a printer on the network).
