Will this work with spectrum modem and router? null

I was having trouble with wifi coverage throughout my house, which was built in 1790 and has thick walls and lots of blocking conditions. Spectrum moved my modem and I still had intermittent coverage in one area. I bought this extender and it remedied the problem. Worth a try as you can return easily at Best Buy.
