This extender is too problematic. I’m sorry I bought it! I needed it for a trip, where I would be borrowing my next-door-neighbor’s WiFi signal for 5 weeks. It never worked...a waste of money, time, and effort for me too!

I moved to a new home and I’m using a new service, router etc. is the password I use before at the other home interfering in someway? I tried the solution here -adding EX - but it still says it’s the wrong password Help. I just now found a factory reset button on it- that I tried to do but it has not helped either?
