This is a router and modem combo, so it does both. And yes, it works with TWC, as that's what I have.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a router which you need if you want to use it for wireless devices. Different from a modem, with a modem you can't use a wireless device. I learned that as I was about to purchase a modem and I was told that I wouldn't be able to connect to internet wirelessly from my laptop or any other device. I have Dish Network, but you can look at TWC website at their listing of those that will work with TWC, or just call their 800 number.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a cable modem with two ethernet ports on it. Comcast is my ISP and it works fine. If you only need a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem for TWC, it should work.
