That question would be best answered by Comcast. Unless both houses are on th same parcel of land and literally next door to each other I think you'd need to separate internet connections. If they are and you don't need super fast speeds you might want to look into a WiFi extender. My neighbor uses the HOA office connection about 75 feet from his condo. It's a slower DSL connection but once he got a $30 WiFi extender (believe it's also called a Netgear N300) he was pulling a steady 5 or 6mbps which is sufficient for Netflix and DirecTv Now.
