• Yes works with both Macs and PCs and also smartphones and tablets

• As long as your devices have Wifi access, sure. I used it for both a MacBook Pro (2013) and a Sony Vaio that runs Windows 7, a couple of iPhones, an iPad mini and a cable box. As long as you're subscribed to higher speeds (I am subscribed to 300MPS), then you should be able to use all these devices at the same time without sacrificing internet speeds. (depending on what you're doing of course)
