How do I change the password and network name? null

Download the app and you can change your passwords in the settings

Go to: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/CG3000DV2/N450_CG3000Dv2_IG_05Dec2013.pdf and you will see details. In browser connect to 192.168.0.1 and user is admin and password is password.

The Manual will show you the default username and password. It will also show you where to make the changes you need. Take a few minutes of your life to read the manual. It's a very simple task.
