• It will i use it on my xbox one as well as long as you run open in setting should be fine !!

• probably not because you need the software. and the xbox one has built in wireless so you don't need it anyway

• Xbox One has wireless built into it so I'm not sure why you would need a separate wireless adapter. That said, it requires drivers to be installed so it's unlikely that it will work on an unmodded Xbox One
