Nope. Each Ethernet port is for a separate IP address from the ISP.

I admit I haven't tested it out with this particular hardware, but I have done similar things in the past. I wish the people answering these questions were held to a higher standard. If I do end up testing it, I will come back and confirm one way or the other.
