I have this problem as well. I've had this modem since 2020. Never had problems like this until just recently. I don't understand. Hearing that my ISP needs to update my firmware though doesn't sound promising. Would I contact them, or do they automatically do it? I don't quite understand. But for a few years I have been fine. I use the Google Nest Mesh Wi-Fi. Loved it, but lately my kids are getting frustrated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hook this modem directly into your pc and test the speed. Than plug this modem into your router and into the pc. I bet your firmware needs to be updated on your router. If the modem has to be reset daily, than you got a bad one out of the box.
