What is the range on this modem? My house is 2200 sq. ft null

This is just a modem and not wireless. You would need to connect a Ethernet cord to devices.

It’s a modem - a terrible modem at that, not a router. You would need to run an Ethernet cable to a router with that modem.

It is a modem it has no range. You would still need a router.

This modem does not have Wi-Fi. It converts the cable signal to 4 ethernet out ports for routers, switches, or ethernet capable devices.
