This modem would work but you would need a router to use the wifi features you need. This modem does not support phone bundled from your cable company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure I understand completely, but realize that you will also need a wifi router to cover your living area. We are about the same size, and the broadcast with this modem plus the AX8 completely eliminated dead spots.
