• Your Internet provider will have to configure / setup the device remotely to work properly with DOCSIS 4 speeds. I also purchased the Netgear super high fast wifi router which cost me $500 plus bucks . This combination gave me lightning fast connectivity.

• It works with my wow and is highly recommended. You would need a router for ethernet and wifi with the cm1200 modem. All you need to do is call the company with the modem Mac address. Set up is just about plug and play. Remember to send back the old modem.
