Does this have a 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz signal? null

No, its a dedicated modem hence it has no wireless router functionality. You have to add your own wireless router to get either a 2.4 ghz and/or a 5 ghz signal. I added a Orbi mesh router on mine and it had been working well with Comcast as my provider.
