Q: QuestionCan this device be used with the Facebook Portal advice in a remote location?
Asked by elijah.
- A:Answer Can't say for sure. It depends on the signal you can get. Take an external antenna. They are $30 online. It will definitely make a difference.

Q: QuestionCan I connent an external attena
Asked by Kevin.
- A:Answer Yes, there are 2 antenna ports on the rear of the unit. I'm using two cheap "paddle" type antennas on my unit and they did help in the fringe area that I'm located in. They helped most with the upload speed/consistency.

Q: QuestionIs this device compatible with an Alexa Echo Dot?
Asked by SWlittle.
- A:Answer It is capable of providing a wireless network or plugging into a wired network. As long as you can connect a device to either one of those, which the Dot is one, it will work. The question is, can you get a signal where you are at or where you are going to be?

Q: QuestionI like to know what is the maximum data plan and the maximum speed for the Nighthawk 5G Mobile Hotspot
Asked by RLMcCoy2.
- A:Answer That varies on your main plan. Ours is an older plan and we have not let them upgrade us to the "new stuff" that allows 5G. We easily can do over 400g a month. I honestly thought that was how all the plans worked. I only recently found out that they do not. If you get a more recent plan 35 or 40g is about the best you are going to get and there is no option for more. It will also be VERY expensive. Tomorrow, this answer could be outdated though. This stuff changes so fast it is hard to keep up with.
