“I am installing a AC1900 WiFi Mesh extender. When I get to the point of entering my Wi-Fi password is says it is the incorrect password which I know it’s not the case. Any advice to overcome that issue?”

Push the reset button to get it back to factory password and then you can change it by logging in.
