my house has one gamer, two hard core netflix users and one Youtube user and several wireless devices. I have yet to have any issues with it. I know this because they come running when the wifi goes out.

None of them.

Download speed is terrible if anyone using the modem connection is uploading to the cloud.

This router has severe bufferbloat issues.

Gaming and streaming. Remote connection is possible with any computer through the internet as long as you have set the permissions on the comp.
