“What is the difference between this router AC2400 and the AC2300...? I got both but the AC2400 was $100 less on sale should I return the AC2300?”

• The main difference is in the theoretical maximum data rate of the WiFi. AC2400 = 1733 + 600 Mbps where as AC2300 = 1625 + 600Mbps. These are the maximum speeds that can be achieved on the 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands, respectively. If looking at the total speed of both, the AC2400 is the better of the two. But in reality, both are very similar routers.

• The AC2400 handles Higher Speeds and it had more features that the Lower model doesn't have. Keep the 2400 and take the 2300 back.
