• Return Policy if purchased in Thanks Giving, it has extended policy else it will be 14 day period. Please check with chat agent or through customer care for exact answer

• Best Buy has a 14 day return policy. Unless you purchased a Protection Plan, after the 14 days you would need to contact the manufacturer.
