• Yes as long as you bring one of the satellites downstairs. It will link to the main one upstairs

• While I’ve only tested a couple of devices in the basement, the speed on those devices was incredibly fast. Before installing Velop, I couldn’t troubleshoot any repairs I needed to complete on my washer/dryer and had to keep walking upstairs to get a signal.
