Firmware Version V3.01.43 C7800-200NAS I have had the 5g WIFI shut off 3 times. Signal strength 100%, Signal quality 86% when working. Modem is on a UPS. After 4-7 days it will stop transmitting. I can see all the neighbors WIFI but not the netgear 5g. Enet and 2G no problems. Turn power off and back on it will work for another 4-7 days. Tech support says change channel, did that and same problem. They now say bad and return. I know they will not find a problem with something that takes up to 7 days to show up. In the setup screen there is a setting "Turn off wireless signal by schedule" but is not turned on. All settings are factory default but for password and name. This replaced a Zoom modem which worked for 4-6 years with no problems and was only replaced for 3.1 speed. Before I bought this modem some people complained about 5g going out after 1 year but I bought any way. I do not know if Neargear has a quality or design problem but I would not buy again. Buy with caution if you need 5G WIFI.
